Connect your organization with GO

Go puts communication, community-building and collaboration at the heart of the intranet experience because these same things are foundational to an amazing employee experience.

At Habanero, our purpose is to help people and organizations thrive. One way we do this is by focusing on employee experience. We’re intent on asking, what does a day-to-day life of an employee feel like? What are the highest highs and the lowest lows? With empathy at its core, understanding employee experience is understanding where employees’ and in turn their organizations’, biggest challenges and opportunities lie.

We kept our empathetic employee research firmly in mind when we designed GO, an intranet platform built for SharePoint and Office 365. GO puts communication, community-building and collaboration at the heart of the intranet experience because these same things are foundational to an amazing employee experience.

Here’s a look at some communication- and community-focused features our clients have chosen on GO:

Barton Malow

Barton Malow’s homepage is all about connecting day-to-day decisions with goals and priorities. News, which can be commented on, is prominently featured. The integrated Yammer feed supports relationship-building and story-sharing.

First West Credit Union

First West Credit Union’s “Serving members” content area gives employees up-to-date policy, procedure, rate and product information related to their branch so they’re not struggling to serve customers.

Provincial Health Services Authority

During the design process, PHSA employees told us they wanted opportunities for more sharing. Their feedback helped to shape the implementation of new capabilities such as an enterprise-wide recognition feature, supporting PHSA’s goal of creating “one PHSA”.
