Habanero at Future of Work Canada 2025

We’re looking forward to returning to Future of Work Canada in April, where we’ll be chairing the future workplace track and moderating panel discussions.

About the conference

This insightful two-day experience is packed with thought-provoking sessions with top-tier experts who will propel attendees into the future of work with best practices and cutting-edge strategies designed to empower workforces, embrace innovation and shape the future of work.

This year, the conference is grouped into three dedicated tracks: future learning, future talent, and future workplace.

Future learning

This track is intended for leaders who focus on empowering employees at all levels to grow, develop and contribute effectively to the success of their organization. It will cover how to build a dynamic and future-ready workforce through comprehensive learning and development strategies.

Future talent

This track is geared towards leaders who focus on building, managing and optimizing the workforce to ensure their organization attracts, retains and develops top talent. It will advise attendees on how to navigate the evolving landscape of talent management and address topics such as the talent shortage, the changing career path, multigenerational workforces and more.

Future workplace

This track is designed for senior-level professionals in human resources, employee engagement and experience, people and culture, internal communications, digital workplace, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

The conference will feature speakers from organizations across industries, including Bayer, Bruce Power, Canadian Tire Corporation, Feldman Daxon Partners, IAMGOLD Corporation, Klick Health, Metrolinx and TMX group.
