Habanero made the 2024 list of Best Workplaces in British Columbia

We have been named one of the Best Workplaces in British Columbia by Great Place to Work (GPTW) once again.

We opened our first office in Vancouver, British Columbia, in 1996, so being recognized in this community holds a special significance for us. We’ve grown a lot since then; Habanero employees now work from many locations across Canada, and we serve clients all over the globe.

As the world of work continues to change, we’re focused on evolving our culture along with it. We believe that creating meaningful experiences is an everchanging process, and while we’re honoured to be on this list, it’s our internal insights and needs that inspire us the most.

About Great Place to Work:

GPTW provides the benchmarks and expertise needed to create, sustain and recognize outstanding workplace cultures in a series of national lists including those published by The Globe and Mail (Canada) and Fortune magazine (USA).

The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work. To be recognized as a Best Workplace in British Columbia, organizations must:

  • Be GPTW Certified in the past year
  • Be headquartered in British Columbia
