We’re pleased to announce that we are receiving advisory services and conditional funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP).
The funding will support a research and development project to advance our Content Engagement Analytics (CEA) product to provide actionable insights to employee communications professionals in organizations that use Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
“NRC IRAP support will help us take CEA to the next level,” says Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald. “Effective employee communications has an enormous impact on employee experience. With CEA, communications professionals will have access to data and insight that can help them foster engagement with their content and deliver stronger employee experiences.”
An early version of CEA is currently in beta release with several GO Intranet customers. With NRC IRAP support and investment, we will develop CEA as a standalone solution and expand its capabilities to include:
- Industry benchmarking insights that use a mathematical model for comparing engagement scores across different organizations
- Predictive engagement scores and insights using machine learning to improve an organization’s content engagement activity
We will leverage this work on CEA to help communicators improve the way they connect and engage with employees and help organizations diagnose and improve their overall employee experience.
