On March 1, 2021, Habanero will cross a significant milestone – our 25th anniversary.
Building on our legacy of experience design and deep technology expertise, Habanero has grown to become a full-service employee experience consultancy dedicated to helping companies become better places to work.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the trust organizations have placed in us to help them become better employers and for the wonderful people who have called Habanero home over the last quarter century,” says Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald. “I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.”
Founded in Vancouver, British Columbia, Habanero has offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Winnipeg, with team members across Canada. For the last 10 years, Habanero has been included in Great Place to Work’s “Best Workplaces in Canada” list and placed in the top spot for half of them.
In 2016 Habanero launched our first product, GO Intranet. Industry-leading organizations across North America use GO to power better employee experiences. However, we’re not stopping there. This year Habanero plans to release a product to help organizations manage policies and procedures for the new world of work and an analytics suite to help communicators better understand the effectiveness of their internal communications.
