We are proud to be included on the Great Place to Work Canada's (GPTW) Best Workplaces for Inclusion list for 2020.
At Habanero, we love to do great work together. We know that everyone has valuable strengths and experiences that they bring to their teams and we all have a role to play in fostering an inclusive culture and space at work.
We are committed to continuously evolving our empathetic, employee-centred programs, policies and experiences to make sure they are inclusive for all. Because we genuinely care about each other.
“To me, an inclusive workplace means that folks of all identities, with diverse experiences, feel welcomed, valued and connected. Everyone at Habanero is part of the movement to build exceptional workplace experiences.” says Ashleigh Schafer, employee experience coordinator at Habanero.
The list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.
To be on this list organizations must:
- Be GPTW Certified in the past year
- Have at least 90% of their employees agree they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation)
GPTW determines the best based on employee responses to inclusion-related Trust Index statements.
