We’re excited to be on the list of Best Workplaces in British Columbia 2020 once again. It is always special for us to be celebrated in British Columbia, as our first office opened in Vancouver in 1996. Today Habanero has offices in Calgary, Toronto, Winnipeg and Vancouver.
Over the last 24 years, it has been fascinating to see the growth in Vancouver’s technology industry. We’ve seen the lively tech industry mature and the world of work change in exciting ways, which has shaped our evolution into the employee experience services firm we are today.
At Habanero, we bring deep technical expertise in the digital solutions that create great employee experiences and drive innovation through collaboration, communication and engagement. We know that giving employees new tools does not necessarily mean they will use them. Our industry-recognized approach delivers great technology-enabled digital experiences that connect people to purpose and facilitate change.
It is essential that we do this not only for our clients but internally as well. That is why we are so proud to be recognized as a Best Workplace in British Columbia as decided by our people. We continue to grow across Canada by engaging and empowering our most important activators of change, our employees.
“We believe that the world of work can be great, and our professional lives can be an enriching, fulfilling part of our overall human experiences,” Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald.
To be recognized as a Best Workplace in British Columbia, organizations must:
- Be GPTW Certified in the past year
- Be headquartered in British Columbia
- Have at least 10 employees working in the province that participated in the Trust Index employee survey
