Habanero is immensely proud to be included on the Great Place to Work (GPTW) list of Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness.
The Habanero approach
Habanero exists to help people and organizations thrive. People often think that this means obtaining work-life balance. But this concept implies that someone is always sacrificing one part of their life for another – that this is a zero-sum game.
At Habanero, we believe that bringing life to work is about respecting how passion works. So helping people thrive means helping people have amazing lives, not just amazing work lives.
The days are over when an organization’s commitment to its employees started at 9:00 am and ended at 5:00 pm.
Wellness initiatives at Habanero
Habanero supports employees’ wellness (mental, physical and emotional) and a psychologically safe work environment primarily through two programs:- Coaching program – Employees of Habanero all have coaches to help them thrive in all aspects of their lives, not just their work lives.
- Wellness Allowance – This can be used on fitness or anything related to physical, mental, or emotional wellness.
