On May 9, Steven Fitzgerald, president and co-founder of Habanero, was a guest on Kirk LaPointe’s “Our City” show on Roundhouse Radio 98.3FM in Vancouver.
Steven and Kirk discussed the future of work and how organizations can build better workplaces. The 30-minute segment included Habanero’s view that taking a holistic view of everything an employee experiences at work is key to improving engagement, satisfaction, and other key metrics.
