Mallory O’Connor, Habanero’s customer experience practice lead, gave a presentation on content strategy at the Design and Content Conference in Vancouver on August 6, 2015.
Mallory’s session, entitled “Crossing the killer content chasm,” focused on real world, tried and true ways to help teams deliver on content strategy. She shared a collaborative and iterative approach for safely navigating the journey from content strategy to delivery. Recommendations for building content teams as well as suggestions for communications, tools, and processes that guide content strategy and delivery were also included in the talk.
“‘Crossing the killer content chasm’ incorporates some of our latest approaches to successful content delivery using agile content teams. The presentation focuses on ways that content and delivery teams can ensure the creation of compelling content, no matter the scope of the engagement,” Mallory said.
