On November 14, Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald will be part of a panel discussion at the 2013 Top Employers Summit in Toronto.
He will be joined by other executives from small and medium-sized organizations for a series of presentations about what companies can do to becoming leading employers. Steven will share some of Habanero's employee engagement best practices and take questions from the audience.
This is the first time Habanero has been invited to present at this event and we're excited to share our experiences and meet with conference attendees. Steven has spoken to numerous universities and conferences in the last year about the impact engaged employees have on organizations.
The Top Employers Summit is a two-day conference for professionals looking to gain insight into hiring, retaining, and growing employees. The event includes a keynote address from former United States Secretary of State Hilary Clinton as well as presentations by senior leaders from a variety of Canadian organizations.
