On September 11, Habanero won a CDN Channel Elite Award for Best Enterprise Solution. The award was given to FortisBC’s Information Request System, a solution designed and implemented by Habanero.
Habanero’s entry beat out 13 other solutions to win this prestigious technology award. We were also on hand to accept the honour at the CDN’s Channel Elite Awards gala in Toronto.
The Information Request System enables FortisBC to manage the massive amounts of data necessary to respond to the thousands of information requests the company receives each year. The solution saves the organization hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in productivity.
“The Information Request System has made a positive contribution to our ability to manage increasing volumes in an efficient and productive manner, and vastly improved collaborative efforts throughout the organization,” said Ilva Bevacqua, manager of regulatory and compliance administration at FortisBC.
