Habanero inched closer to the top at the Globe and Mail Best Workplaces Awards gala held last night in Toronto.
The awards are based on in-depth employee and management surveys conducted by the Great Places to Work Institute. Habanero came in at number three on the list for companies with 50-999 employees. Last year Habanero was number four on the list.
Judging is based on five themes the Institute's research indicates are found in the best workplaces: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. Habanero received two additional awards to recognize achievement in Fairness and Pride.
