Skilled web editors are in demand for everything from entertainment sites to online corporate communications. This course will teach you to adapt your skills to the demands of the web. Participants will learn about content engineering and site maps, hypertext and the dynamic nature of reading on the web, understanding HTML, creating original content, re-articulating printed materials, and marketing their newly acquired skills.
Tammis Everts, Development Director at Habanero Studios Limited, teaches this hands-on, interactive workshop, drawing on her experience working on projects for companies such as BC Hydro and Telemedia Publishing, publishers of Vancouver magazine.
